Announcing J-Plan Pro — A Government Project Planning and Management System for Local Governments

UNVELL Inc. has released J-Plan Pro, a management system specifically designed for local-government project planning. It enables a complete workflow — plan authoring, progress tracking, evaluation data entry, and statistical analysis — to be carried out in the cloud.

Project costs and KPIs for initiatives such as road repairs and migration-promotion programs can be updated in real time. Replacing paper- and Excel-based workflows reduces decision-making lead time and labor costs.

Town A in Hokkaido began an early adoption in fiscal year 2022, with significant efficiency gains confirmed: project-cost aggregation became roughly 40× faster, review and revision roughly 24×, and statistical analysis roughly 4,000× faster.
